Stefano Sforza, class of 1986, Turinese, began his career on a prestigious stage at the Ducasse restaurant at age 17. Next came important experiences at the Hotel Bellevue di Cogne (1 Michelin star), the Ristorante del Cambio in Turin and Da Trussardi at La Scala. Since 2015 he has directed Les Petites Madeleines, the restaurant of the Turin Palace Hotel.
Selected to participate in the competition ‘Best New Chef in Northern Italy 2016’, he won the ‘Best dish of the evening’ prize with the chef’s garden.
His cuisine rests on the steady foundation of the great Piedmont tradition and, through constant research into ingredients, cooking methods and flavours, he offers recipes with curious and surprising combinations.
